Hi, I’m Kaitlyn! I’m from Long Island originally but life has taken me to Leesburg. I am a graduate from the Canine Training and Behvaior Specialist certification program at the Animal Behavior Institute, I’ve learned so much from the program and utilize what I’ve learned everyday. The program has allowed me to take the best possible care of your pet because I have background knowledge of many different breeds. I’m able to interpret your dogs behavior to tell what he or she is feeling and I can respond accordingly. This has allowed me to keep dogs happy and remain safe while interacting with shy dogs.
I have 4+ years of experience with dogs in a professional setting. I have previously interned at Save-A-Pet, an animal shelter on Long Island, where I helped with fundraisers and applications. I also used to volunteer weekly at the Broome County Dog Shelter before I moved and loved interacting with the dogs. I previously worked for QD Care, a dog sitting/walking business on Long Island.
