Pet care experience:
I am retired and have a very flexible schedule. I have worked with dogs and owned dogs all of my life. I am very attentive to the needs of your dog and adjust schedules & routines accordingly. I have a smoke-free single family home in Manassas with easy access (4 steps) to a fenced backyard.
Other animals in my home:
No cats or caged animals. I do have a 5 year old retriever mix that we rescued in 2022. He is low key and dog-friendly (loves the local dog park). I am very comfortable administering meds and accommodating frequent potty breaks. Your pup is welcome in all parts of my home and visiting dogs will have the choice of numerous dog beds throughout the house.
Safety, trust & environment:
My goal is to make your dog feel welcome, safe, and happy while visiting us. I have a fenced backyard and patio area that has easy access. I do not leave dogs in the backyard by themselves. I have multiple dog beds on each floor and have a crate available, if your pup prefers using one. I can respect specific feeding schedules.
Availability:
I am retired and I have a very flexible schedule. I enjoy morning and evening walks with guest pups. I have a great fenced yard for outside play. I can easily accommodate feeding and exercise requirements.
