I am a retired active grandma who love animals of all kinds. Because I believe our pets are less stressed and happier in their own home I had a successful pet sitting service (Priority Pet Care) several years ago where I lovingly cared for all breeds of dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents and birds. Over the years I have owned several breeds of dogs and cats as members of my family including an English Mastiff, Doberman, Newfoundland and Leonberger. Our family currently includes a lab/mastiff mix and a shepherd mix rescue. Since I am retired I am free to spend all my time caring your pet while my husband remains at home with ours. We host an Airbnb so I am intimately aware of the importance of respecting someone else’s home. For services at the pet's home, I will follow your pet’s schedule for feeding, outdoors, playtime, etc. I have no problem sleeping with dogs if that is what makes them more comfortable. I will also pick up dog waste, bring in mail, water plants, etc. I am tidy and will clean up after myself and your pet. I am responsible, reliable and would send up-dates as often as requested. If desired I will share my location on your phone so you can be assured I am with your babies as agreed. I will give you my itinerary while in your home and leave a detailed diary of my stay.
I have insurance through Pet Sitter Associates that covers emergency vet visits, damage to your property and animal liability while I am sitting.
Prior to sitting I require a free introductory no obligation meeting to insure a good fit. It is important to me that we are both comfortable leaving your pets and your home in my care while you are away.
*I do not care for aggressive, outdoor penned or chained dogs and cats allowed to roam freely outdoors
