I am your "Must Love Dogs" person!

My experience with dog care is strong, lengthy, and diverse. Growing up I was responsible to help care for multiple family dogs that included feeding, watering, walking, playtime, bathing, and grooming. Over the years I've periodically house/dog sat for many family, friends, and others. I've volunteered at animal rescues including the Wild Rivers Animal Rescue in Gold Beach, OR for over 4 years. These experiences have included dog walking, playtime, transporting dogs, walking dogs in local area parades to provide more exposure for adoption, and working shelter booths at community events. I've fostered and adopted dogs - rescues that were different breeds, sizes, and personalities/temperments. I've administered oral medications and have earned a completion certificate for Dog First Aid through the American Red Cross.

I am, among other things, a very positive, respectful, conscientious, reliable, clean/neat person. I'm 5'7", sturdy and strong for walking and handling dogs, while at the same time gentle and confident - dogs sense I am a friend :)

I am BONDED and INSURED through Pet Sitters Associates, Member# 77106. I am fully COVID vaccinated which includes having had the 2nd booster shot. I am also a non-smoker, non-drinker.
