Hi, I’m Jonie Wisniewski, owner of Happy Walks Pet Sitting, proudly serving Bensenville and surrounding communities. As a bonded, and insured pet care professional, I hold your pet’s—and your home’s—safety as my top priority. In-person trained in pet first aid and CPR and thoroughly background checked through Care .com, I bring trusted, secure and compassionate care to every visit.
With over seven years’ experience working as a manager in the pet industry, I launched Happy Walks to bring personalized, enriching care directly into homes. I strive to spoil each pet with adventure, enrichment, and gentle attention—even dogs who need extra understanding or are reactive to other animals.
Whether it’s refreshing water and food, brushing coats and teeth, reinforcing training, or providing custom vacation care visits, I tailor each experience to what makes your furry family member happiest. I’m comfortable with all breeds, cats, small animals, fish, and birds—and I’m a rescue cat mama myself.
I also stay current through pet summits on enrichment, nutrition and senior pet care, and bring a unique perspective from my past experience co-managing an aquarium store.
My husband and I are experienced with administering insulin shots and caring for pets with special needs—so whether your dog is reactive, energetic, or needs extra patience, you can feel confident that Happy Walks will meet them where they’re at.
