Hello, fellow pet person!
I'm Kelly! I'm a born and raised Coloradan, Registered Nurse, and founder of Kelly Marie Caregiving. I have years of nursing experience (ICU background), a lifelong love for animals, and I've dedicated my life to caregiving because providing exceptional care for others is my soul's calling. ????
I specialize in providing "in-your-home" care for pets with medical needs, time-sensitive medications, separation anxiety, particular routines, raw food diets, and mobility-issues. I also offer my services to pet parents who prefer a more vigilant eye on their property while they are gone. I provide my services in your home so that your pets are always in their most comfortable and safe place. I strive to maintain routines as closely as I can, so that your pet has reduced stress during your absence. Ask about "Constant Care" for when you need to know I will be there 23+ hours of the day (Fire Warning, seizure disorders, elderly pet, new puppy, etc.)
From the United Kingdom to Siesta Key, tiny kittens to majestic horses, I've cared for a wide range of animals and have extensive experience with all sorts of animals, especially elderly pets, medically-complex pets, puppies/kittens, and various exotic animals. I offer personalized care, tailored to your pet's individual needs, and am committed to open communication and thorough planning. I tend to book out at least 6+ weeks in advance, so please reach out with your requests for dates as soon as you can! My service radius is 10 miles or 30 minutes away from East Boulder.
When you're ready to get started, please reach out to see if I am available for care. If I am available for your desired dates, we will move forward with scheduling a free Meet & Greet to ensure I am a good fit for your family. If I am not available for your selected dates, I will add your requested dates to my waitlist in case any clients cancel their booking, and call you ASAP if my availability changes.
Meet & Greets are relaxed and generally take 1-2 hours depending on how thoroughly you'd like to review your pets' schedule and quirks. These M&Gs are meant to build trust between us humans, as well as allowing your pets to get to know and trust me. During a Meet & Greet, we will meet at your house and you can expect to go over your normal routines with your pets, where locations of various things are (pet and cleaning stuff, fire extinguishers, circuit breakers, water shutoffs, etc), and anything else you feel is relevant to pet or home care. I will be taking extensive notes during the M&G and asking any questions I might have to make sure I can provide the best care for your pets and home. Meet & Greets must be done prior to care services, without exception. ????
While you're away, I'll treat your home and pets like my own, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment upon your return, and happy pets the whole time you are away! I send photos and updates to my clients daily and always hear how happy and content their pets look! ????
