I have been taking care of dogs and cats in NYC since 2006. I live in the East 40s near the U.N. in a pet-friendly building with a dog run and park nearby.
I was raised with two beagles, Tippy and Sniffer, and three cats, Candy, Morris and Reddie. After moving to New York, I adopted Joe, a senior kitty, who lived with me until he was 21. I also fostered a dachshund, Truman, for Almost Home Rescue.
I was a volunteer at an animal shelter, and studied animal communication with Dawn Hayman at Spring Farm Cares, a well-known upstate animal sanctuary. I also have Red Cross Pet First Aid training.
Under my care, your pet always gets the personal attention he or she deserves! I also stay in touch with you while you are away through daily email and text updates about your pets. Animals past and present have been my mentors and teachers, and I extend my love and gratitude to them all! - Wendy
