About Us

Hello! My name is Tyler Petty and I have been pet sitting for 11 years. I pet sit any animal including dogs, cats, exotics (small mammals, reptiles, birds, etc), and some large animals (horses, goats, sheep, etc). I am an RVT (Registerd Veterinary Technician) and have been working in general practice, emergency, ICU, and internal medicine for the last 11 years in Colorado Springs. I have 2 dogs of my own (Aussie Mix and Husky Mix) - the husky mix does well with large dogs and has very close supervision with small dogs (or the small dogs go to work with me) whereas the Aussie Mix has never had a problem with any size dog. I have a large fenced yard with a large dog run (in progress of building as of 3/2025) as well as a few large crates in my house to ensure safety for all animals in my care. My backyard is lined with railroad ties and rock which limits digging out of the yard and I have a 6 foot fence. I have a dog door to go in and out of my house with air conditioning and heating for comfort in the many seasons of Colorado. I love meeting your animals prior to pet sitting for you as well as doing a few happy visits with my dogs to ensure they will get along. I do house sitting as well where I can do drop in visits to care for your animals or stay at your home overnight or if the happy visits and meetings go well, your pet can stay at my house.
