About The Pet & Home Concierge, LLC
Elevated care for every creature you call family.
At The Pet & Home Concierge, LLC, we believe that exceptional care begins with understanding that every pet is family, every home is personal, and every client deserves peace of mind.
Proudly serving the Charleston, South Carolina area, we offer a thoughtful, personalized approach to traditional pet care, exotic and specialty animal care, and home concierge services.
Because not every family has four paws.
Some have feathers. Some have scales. Some have shells. And yes, some even have eight legs!
With more than 40 years of personal experience caring for a wide variety of animals—including parrots, reptiles, snakes, tarantulas, dogs, and other beloved companions—our founder understands that each species has its own unique needs, routines, and personality.
We recognize that finding someone comfortable and experienced with exotic animals can be challenging. That's why specialty animal care is an important part of what we offer, alongside personalized care for traditional family pets.
But our commitment doesn't stop with your animals.
Our Home Concierge Services provide an extra helping hand with everyday household needs, including mail and package collection, plant watering, trash and recycling bin management, and coordinating authorized access for scheduled vendors and service appointments.
Whether you're traveling, managing a demanding schedule, enjoying a weekend getaway, or simply need a little extra assistance, our goal is to make life easier through dependable service, thoughtful communication, and attention to the details that matter to you.
As a locally owned, owner-operated business, we take pride in providing a personal experience rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. We value trust, consistency, and the relationships we build with the people and animals we serve.
Our philosophy is simple:
Your pets deserve individualized care. Your home deserves respect. And you deserve the comfort of knowing that the things you treasure are being treated with genuine consideration.
