Hi Pet PAW-rents my name is Donna and I was born and raised in Waxhaw, NC. I was a Veterinary Nurse for over 23 years and now I am a fulltime stay at home Dog mom, pet sitter, & puppy rescuer. I am an expert with medication administration, and taking care of pets with special needs. I have also been a fear free certified professional since 2018. My husband Adam and I have been married since 2013 and we have 2 dogs named Soso & Tucker. We adopted Soso back in 2016 and Tucker in 2019. We live in a ranch-style house and our neighborhood has plenty of walking trails. I get how stressful it can be finding someone to leave your pups with while you go out of town or off to work. We love your fur babies like they are our own! You can be sure your pet(s) are in the right hands and we are so excited for them to become part of our family ??
A typical day at our house includes lots of snuggles, playtime, walks and potty breaks. We have a large, fully fenced in back yard that's 6 feet high and live in a spacious house. We have an awesome pup play room/guest suite we just renovated to meet your pups needs if they want a more private area to relax. Our two dogs are very friendly with other dogs and love to play. They're allowed on our furniture and sleep in bed with us - your dogs can do the same! We also have large crates if needed for your fur-kids. Some dogs love sleeping in their bed while others prefer their crate or or the comfy couch. Anywhere your pup is used to sleeping we will accommodate them at our house!
Your dogs will get lots of attention and cuddles while you're away. They will go outside for potty breaks and play time frequently throughout the day. We ALWAYS accompany our fur friends outdoors while they are playing/using the potty.
My pets love to run, walk, and jog-- so I can go the pace your dog loves. You will receive an abundance of pictures, videos, and updates during your pet(s) visit. I send at least a couple of updates a day but you can always ask for more! I have a home security system with cameras indoors/outdoors that help keep an eye on your pets even while we are sleeping or running out for a quick errand.
