I grew up with an adopted mixed Schipperke since age 15 (2005), though she passed in 2021 from old age-related health conditions. I miss her dearly, but she's not replaceable to me. While I'm not ready to adopt another furry friend because of my loss, I absolutely do enjoy hanging out, taking care of, and playing with both dogs and cats.
I do this full-time, so my schedule varies and is somewhat flexible. I can take care of your pet early morning/morning, afternoon, evening, or early night. I provide dog walks (30- and 60-minute walks), and drop-ins (30- or 60-minute visits). I can do longer visits ("daytime house-sitting") if my schedule allows for it, and the hourly rate would be the 60-minute drop-in rate.
My business hours are 9 AM - 7 PM. Any bookings outside of those hours are subject to rate increases. Bookings between 8-9 AM & 7-8 PM are charged the 60-minute rate, bookings between 7-8 AM & 8-9 PM are double rate. I rarely take bookings outside of my service area; if I do, rates are subject to increase based upon distance/additional commute time, and any additional commute costs.
A deposit of 50% of the booking total is due before the booking which confirms the booking. I have a 7-day cancellation policy: deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days prior of the booking. I require vaccination records for all pet clients, and I require meet-and-greets before agreeing to take on new clients.

Please note (still current as of 2025): I mask with an N95 respirator both indoors and outdoors in order to ensure I provide uninterrupted services to all my clients.
