We Spoil Pets With Love And Provide Expert Pet Care for Busy Families
Sploot Pet Concierge provides professional, enrichment-focused pet care for families throughout Madison, Fitchburg, Verona, and Middleton.
We believe great pet care is about more than checking off the basics. Every visit is designed around your pet’s individual personality, routine, comfort, and needs—whether that means a sniff-filled walk, interactive play, quiet companionship, or simply giving them the time and space to feel safe.
Pet-Obsessed, Enrichment-Focused Care
Our dog walks are more than just exercise. We slow down, let dogs sniff and explore, and create opportunities for physical, mental, and sensory enrichment.
For cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and other small animals, we tailor visits to their routines, preferences, and species-specific needs.
Fear Free® & Positive Care
Our team includes Fear Free® Certified Pet Sitters and follows positive, force-free handling practices. We prioritize gentle interactions, positive reinforcement, body-language awareness, and reducing fear, anxiety, and stress whenever possible.
Consistent Caregivers
Pets thrive when they know who is walking through the door. We prioritize consistent caregiver relationships so your pets can build familiarity, trust, and comfort with the people caring for them, while maintaining trained backup support when needed.
Professional Pet Care You Can Depend On
Sploot Pet Concierge is insured and bonded, and our pet care professionals are W-2 employees who receive ongoing education and training. Our goal is to give busy pet parents peace of mind knowing their pets are receiving thoughtful, reliable, professional care.
