Hello, my name is Patrick, and I have been taking care of pets since I was just a little kid in the 4th grade. In fact, that was the first business that I ever started, mainly just looking after animals of my Moms' friends in our neighborhood when they were out of town. Over the years, I have always lived with dogs and cats, and have naturally found myself volunteering to watch over my friends' pets when they are out of town. Since I have had more time on my hands lately, I have decided to start doing this professionally since I enjoy it so much!
I have always wanted to work for myself, but have also had trouble figuring out exactly what I actually want to do. I had never even considered the option that I could start doing what I love to do, and what I already did for people anyways, and make it a full time endeavor. It truly does not feel like work to me, and I have been extremely excited once I realized that I could make a career out of taking care of animals! I settled on the name Fluff of Legends, since I treat each and every fluffy animal as if they were truly a legend!
I started a profile on the app Rover, back in September/October of 2025, and shortly afterwards decided that I wanted to actually start my own business doing this since it felt so natural for me. It is extremely rewarding for me to be able to meet and form bonds with many different animals, and help care for them so that their pet Moms and Dads can feel at ease and comfortable that someone is treating them just as well as they do, when they aren't able to be present themselves.
All of this is to say, that you will not have to worry at all with your pets in my care, and that I treat every animal as if he or she were my own! Being able to experience the joy that animals bring, while also making sure that they are happy and healthy, is my top priority! I feel that every fur ball and fluff nugget is exceptional, and is truly a legend. I would love to meet you, and hope to be able to make your pet one of my fluff legends as well!
